Wild Fundraising
I have founded/co-founded 2 organisations that I think of as 'emergency wildlife organisations'. They are called the Wildlife Care Badge & UK Wildlife Transporters. Right now, we are running our first major (in 3 years) fundraiser for UKWT as demand for our services has grown so much that we need to hire our first wave of staff to be able to ensure that 10,000s of UK wildlife casualties/orphans get to the medical & rehabilitative care that they deserve.

Wildlife First Aid Officer Course & E-Booklet
After taking approximate 3000 calls (while running UKWT) from panicking and upset members of the public who had found wildlife casualties/orphans & didn't know what to do, it made sense to actually prepare our UK public for if/when they find a wild life in need of help.

Just being prepared can save a wild creature's life AND it means that the human's day is far less interrupted and that the process of helping the wild creature is rewarding instead of distressing.
